Artisans aim to attract a wide range of visitors & welcome all disabled people to the area. We will endeavour to ensure that disabled people are not treated any less favourably & that "reasonable adjustments" are made where appropriate & possible through sensitive & creative solutions.

Artisans are situated adjacent to the car park opposite the RSPB. This car park is flat & has a tarmac surface. There are three disabled parking spaces immediately outside our building.

Entrance to the shop & cafe is suitable for wheelchair access. There are no steps.

The cafe is equipped with chaires that may be moved to accommodate wheelchair users. Picnic tables with bench seating are available outside the property at the front.

Toilets for customers are located in the lobby within the shop premises. this is accessed through a wide door suitable for wheelchair usere & is equipped with grab rails & low level basin with a lever operated tap.
